Finding Home

In a selfless act of bravery, the captain flew her craft solo to detonate a faulty slip-space drive in order to stop the enemy from advancing. The explosion caused a rip in spacetime and she found herself in another part of the universe. Now, prolonging her life for hundreds of thousands of years, she explores the universe, meeting new beings and always looking for the Milky Way she once called home. Her only company is a library of books and documents forgotten in the cargo bay. Her last proof of Humanity.
